We all have an inner guidance system. It’s our way of navigating the world. This map of the world is handed down to us by our parents, friends and extended family in the shape of beliefs.

Sometimes these beliefs are explicit, true and clear. Other times they’re obscure, confused and unhelpful. Discerning the difference takes work.

If our blueprints are faulty at some point we have to figure out how to correct them. The glitches in the system that lead us to make mistakes or repeat behaviour patterns eventually have to be ironed out. And that means reevaluating our personal beliefs as an adult.
