Fear setting

What’s the worst that could happen? Are you prepared for that? How would you respond in that scenario?

Fear setting is a useful practice in any situation. In the past I’ve applied this technique in various ways. It’s helped to gain perspective and to formulate a considered response.

Action in the present moment is effective when we acknowledge that we are in constant change. Feeling into an unknown future can be discombobulating. Better to acknowledge impermanence and rest in awareness.
