I did a HIIT session today. The set of exercises were new to me. It was an eye opener.
I was amazed by the simple yet effective routine. This workout really pushed my limits. Training in the heat is a great way to build stamina.
I can already see how development of these core strengths will support many aspects of my physical being. Take care of the basics and you’ll earn gains across the board. Thanks to my main man, Bablu Marik, for raising the bar.
