Papaya and pomegranate

I’ve started rocking a new breakfast. Papaya, pomegranate with tahini and a fresh squeezed lime. It’s my new favourite.

Get the best from your ingredients. Add lime. More lime with everything.

The seeds from the papaya are anti-parasitic and the flesh is super good for digestion. Pomegranate is antioxidant, tart and delicious. Tahini is a cheeky bit of sauce without the dairy, sugar, mucus forming nut story.
