Smoothie bowls

This season in India I’ve been feasting on a new breakfast. Charlie Ma introduced them as a way of adding some fun to morning munchies. I’ve been a big fan of smoothies for a long while but smoothie bowls are next level.

Today’s bowl:

The smoothie: two bananas, frozen coconut flesh, curd, three dates, spirulina and moringa powder, coconut oil, porridge oats, dash of water and peanut butter.

The topping: half a mango, home tasted granola, cacoa nibs, cacoa powder

A full nutri bullet serves two. It’s my favourite way to start the day. What’s your flavour?
