21 Days of Abundance

I recently started Deepak Chopra’s 21 Days of Abundance meditation. I’m a few days in now and I’m finding many benefits to the practice. I’m still figuring out how to report the process; my initial thought is to expand this post each day as the insights appear. Let’s see.

There’s a couple of observations I’d like to share at this time:

  • I’m more consistent in my daily Vipassana practice
  • My awareness is expanding each day with the intention that I set
  • I’m seeing more synchronicity
  • My attention is more selective and alert
  • I’m spending more time on the things that bring me joy
  • I feel more fully aligned with my purpose
  • I’m seeing through and past my blind spots
  • I’m treating myself more kindly
