I recently started Deepak Chopra’s 21 Days of Abundance meditation. I’m a few days in now and I’m finding many benefits to the practice. I’m still figuring out how to report the process; my initial thought is to expand this post each day as the insights appear. Let’s see.
There’s a couple of observations I’d like to share at this time:
- I’m more consistent in my daily Vipassana practice
- My awareness is expanding each day with the intention that I set
- I’m seeing more synchronicity
- My attention is more selective and alert
- I’m spending more time on the things that bring me joy
- I feel more fully aligned with my purpose
- I’m seeing through and past my blind spots
- I’m treating myself more kindly
